rain in the forecast
The forecast is calling for rain in Charleston all day today and I don't think I have seen a day without some clouds in the forecast for Washington State. I realized I am going to learn how to dress appropriately for this weather. I think the key to this is layering. This is one outfit I could potentially wear and would look great with some fun jewelry to beat a rainy day.
