I love that sweatshirts are a fall trend. They are PERFECT for running around town or laid back weekends. Add a statement necklace to look perfectly polished.
The best cheap sweatshirt I have found is Hanes Sweatshirts from Wal-Mart. They fit well and for only 5 dollars I buy two or three and toss them at the end of every winter. But now I am thinking of a DIY creme de la creme
