a quest

I am on a personal quest to touch my toes. I can't remember the last time my hands met my feet without a serious bend in the knee. So two weeks ago I started yoga and I was terrified! I work out but I hardly go to classes because I feel so out of place. If you have any tips for a yoga beginner or how to be more comfortable in these classes let me know!

I didn't include shoes because it is so important to get fit for running shoes- it prevents serious injury!
