Those can contribute to dryness and irritation. If you rinse it thoroughly with hot water after use (and even before use if you want to) as well as clean the brushes with soap and water weekly, there should be no more bacteria swishing about your skin than using your hands, a washcloth or a cleansing cloth.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6355687676620394305.post-35991831498790520972013-02-22T12:10:17.373-05:002013-02-22T12:10:17.373-05:00I have tried both and the Clarisonic is noticeably...I have tried both and the Clarisonic is noticeably more effective for me. I have not used either, but the Pro X is between $20 and $30, so it might be worth trying it first... sarkatlachttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10576216959519243276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6355687676620394305.post-25720190384821302632013-02-21T22:08:32.185-05:002013-02-21T22:08:32.185-05:00Ok I know I am in the minority for sure because th...Ok I know I am in the minority for sure because the Mia has such good reviews and I know a lot of people really like it.. but it did not work for me. I have sensitive/dry skin and it made my skin noticeably more dry and red. So, I went to a lady that does waxing, etc. in my hometown that I've always gone to and had her look at my skin. She asked what all products I was using and she is not a huge fan of the clarasonic because she feels that it spreads bacteria throughout your face. After she told me that I could kind of see where it might do that. Like I said, I know I am in the minority though!
